How we operate
We run the company the way we build the product.

Every consequential change is reviewed by a standing adversarial team whose only job is to try to break what was just built, before it ships. A block is a block — no exception for "we need this tonight."

Why now

Frontier models made a fleet like this possible. The governance is what makes it compound instead of collapse. That is the actual advantage, and it belongs to whoever builds the governance first.
